I am interested in continuing to subscribe RecoPOS, what should I do?
You can transfer the subscription fee to our account number, after that send proof of transfer to our customer service via e-mail service@recopos.com. After payment is confirmed, your RecoPOS subscription will automatically be extended.
If I have subscribed to another POS App then I want to switch to RecoPOS, will my data be lost?
No need to be worry, we have a team ready to help you to move data from the previous POS App, and we also have an special promotion for you.
How much does RecoPOS subscription cost?
You can enjoy a 14-day free trial. After the trial period ends, please contact customer service to renew your subscription at the current promotional price.
Does RecoPOS provide digital payment method?
Yes, we provide digital payment methods with almost all digital payment channels in Indonesia such as OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, etc. Just with one registration, you can directly connect to various digital payment channels.
If I already have hardware, can I still subscribe to RecoPOS?
Yes you can. You don’t have to buy new hardware again if you already have one. You can operate the RecoPOS App with the hardware you already have.
What kind of hardware is suitable for using RecoPOS?
You can use a tablet or cashier hardware with Android system with a minimum version of Android 4.4 Kit Kat.
